Single Serve PB Chocolate Cake

A dessert for one, baked in a ramekin. Applesauce stands in for most of the fat, so it stays soft without butter, and crushed cookie bites go on top before it goes in the oven.

Serves: 1 · Total time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • Sprinkle of salt
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Chopped peanut butter cups

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix the peanut butter, maple syrup, and applesauce in a bowl.
  3. Add in the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Spray a ramekin with cooking oil and fill it with the batter.
  5. Chop some peanut butter cups and top the batter with them.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 18–20 minutes.
  7. Let it cool and enjoy!

Tip

Optional: drizzle peanut butter on top.
