
A dessert for one, baked in a ramekin. Applesauce stands in for most of the fat, so it stays soft without butter, and crushed cookie bites go on top before it goes in the oven.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- Sprinkle of salt
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Chopped peanut butter cups
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix the peanut butter, maple syrup, and applesauce in a bowl.
- Add in the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Spray a ramekin with cooking oil and fill it with the batter.
- Chop some peanut butter cups and top the batter with them.
- Bake at 350°F for 18–20 minutes.
- Let it cool and enjoy!
Tip
Optional: drizzle peanut butter on top.
